Portfolio

I was selected as the 2017-2018 Christa McAuliffe Sabbatical recipient by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. With a focus on equity and computational thinking, I collaborated with teachers at over 20 schools and taught over 800 students how to code a mobile app. View my lessons here!

I also created a coding club curriculum for elementary aged girls, called Confident Coders, and a corresponding teacher's guide. Throughout the year I added instructional content to my YouTube channel, which has over 39,000 views.

This is a presentation I created in Google Slides for elementary teachers from across the state of New Hampshire when the new Computer Science standards were implemented. Using multiple modalities of adult learning, participants engaged in direct learning, hands-on experiences, and small group discussion.

I created this supplemental resource using Articulate Rise for my graduate students at Southern New Hampshire University. They often struggle with a research paper that is assigned in Module 8 of the course, so this was designed to support their understanding of the content prior to beginning the paper.

I am collaborating with the Concord School District IT Director to develop a blended learning experience for new staff. This document, created in Google Slides, is the Learning Experience Design Canvas that will guide our work. We will be using the Articulate Suite for this project.
